Thank you for choosing Signified Jewelry for your recent purchase. We sincerely hope that your item meets your expectations, but if you find the need to return it, we are here to assist you. Please contact our support team at support@signifiedjewelry.com within 15 days of your purchase, explaining your reasons for the return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it. Please note that personalized items may be subject to a deduction from the refund amount, as they cannot be restocked. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns on gift cards, and shipping and insurance costs are non-refundable.

To initiate a return, please contact us at the provided email address. If your return is accepted, we will provide you with detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. It's important to note that items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

In the rare instance that you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately, attaching a photo of the item. Do not return items without first obtaining authorization from our support team.

For order cancellations or changes, please reach out to our support team promptly. Depending on the production status of your order, cancellation may be possible if production has not yet begun.

If your item looks different from the online listing or if you suspect a defect, kindly send photos to our support team for review, along with your order ID.

For exchanges, the quickest way to ensure you get the desired item is to return the original, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds will be processed once we receive and inspect your return. You will be notified of the approval or denial of the refund. If approved, the refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
